All homes are strictly limited to the number of occupants indicated.  Occupancy limitations are determined by Bedford County and are based on the size of the homes septic system.  For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of two years is considered an occupant. 

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is like stepping into the past with all the comfort and luxury of the present!  Sweet By n' By is a beautiful, quaint, and peaceful home located on a very quiet street directly across from the entrance to the State Park.  A one level cottage style home offers a wide water cove with very deep water great for swimming, boating, or canoeing with the great two person canoe that the property offers.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs- with dishes, glasses, flatware, pots and pans, a full size refrigerator and range, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, central air and laundry room.  A TV in the living area offers cable, a DVD player, as well as a VCR and stereo.  A gas fireplace is available for your use during the green and blue rate time periods for those cold winter evenings.  Additional TV located in the master bedroom.  The home also provides a gas grill under the carport area along with a Hot Tub (tentatively available April 1 - October 31)!  A covered porch entry equipped with rocking chairs are perfect for morning coffee or enjoying a nice evening.  The sunroom on the lakeside of the home is also perfect to enjoy those great lake views or to relax with a good book, opening to a lighted walkway that leads to the large dock offering a covered boat slip, hoist, floating dock for boat tie-up, electricity & lights available for your use.  It is a great spot for swimming, fishing, water skiing or just kicking back to get some sun!  Also available is an RV port (w/ electric) near the entrance of the property for $200.00 per week.
