One bedroom on the main level has a king bed and French doors out to the back deck.

Another bedroom on the main level has a queen bed.

In the bedroom downstairs, you can find another queen bed.	Relax in this whirlpool tub found in the lower level bathroom.

The family room on the lower level leads out to the back patio.

The Waterways community is conveniently located on Smith Mountain Lake Parkway, very close to the State Park. It's a great community with a lot of amenities, all within walking distance, including the outdoor pool.

A sandy beach, a tennis court, and a basketball court are also available to use. A private boat launch is also located within the community.

A covered patio is located on the lower level while a covered balcony can be found on the main level off of the living room.	Keep your vehicle parked inside the single car garage while at the house.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
