Maximum Occupancy: 6 All homes are strictly limited to the number of occupants indicated. Occupancy limitations are determined by Bedford County and are based on the size of the homes septic system. For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of two years is considered an occupant. This contemporary waterfront home features a lakeside veranda w/ sunset views. The floor plan is spacious and functional. TV w/ cable, DVD and VCR, stereo wired throughout house as well as the boat dock. Living room with hardwood floors, dining room, open kitchen with breakfast nook, master suite and 2 other bedrooms on the opposite side, all on the main level. Large open family room and bar on lower level, 2 additional bedrooms, full bath w/ door to outside for running in from the dock! Central A/C, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen. Located on a level, point lot with a sandy beach, & sidewalk to the lake. Gas grill & foosball table located on the patio. Fabulous dock with entertaining area and TV. Bed Sizes: 4 Queen, 2 Twin Items to bring: LINENS (towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillow cases) trash bags, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels), detergent (dish & laundry) flashlight. Items NOT to bring: PETS, worries & stress. Items you’ll WISH you had brought: camera, DVDs, VHS tapes, water toys, sunblock, fishing gear, cooler, lawn chairs.

| CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 60 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental deposit (less any pre-paid Travel Insurance fees) will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. We suggest each tenant take advantage of our Travel Insurance to protect your money paid in the event of an unexpected cancellation. | |||||||||||
