Keep your boat in the hoist under the covered boat dock during your stay or just tie it up to the side of the dock. A floating dock, picnic table, storage shed, electricity and lights are also available at the dock.

A large lakeside deck runs the length of the house. Enjoy the view while eating meals cooked on the gas grill.	A covered patio offers a shaded area to sit.

A sandy beach is great place for the kids to swim.	This large kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience.

The great room on the main level has cathedral ceilings and houses the dining and living areas. Sliding glass doors lead out to the lakeside deck and sunroom.

The master bedroom on the main level has its own private bathroom.	A sunroom is located off of the living room on the main level and leads out to the deck.

The family room on the lower level has an entertainment center with a TV with Dish Network, a VCR and a Stereo. The covered patio can be access through the lower level.

Two bedrooms are also located on the lower level, one with a set of twin beds, and another with pyramid bunk beds (full and twin mattresses).
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
