The home has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central heating and A/C, 4 TVs w/cable-one in each bedroom as well as the living room, and a DVD player. Wood-burning fireplace available during the green and blue rate periods. Huge rear deck with separate dining/seating areas, gas grill and a superb view of the water. A walkway leads to a dock with a floater, electricity and lights. CANCELLATION
POLICY: If
a reservation is cancelled with at least 60 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid
deposit will be fully refundable. If a
reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date and we are
unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee. |
