Occupancy limitations are determined by Bedford County and are based on the size of the homes septic system. For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of two years is considered an occupant. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is a wonderful place to stay while visiting the lake. Impeccably decorated, Sayler's Aweigh is a luxurious lakefront home with lots of room. The main level has a master suite which includes a jacuzzi tub. The living room, den, kitchen, dining room, and a half bath are also on the main level. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, flatware, dishes, toaster, and coffee maker. The living room has floor to ceiling windows to take advantage of the lake views. The lower level of the home has a bedroom, bathroom, and large family room with a foosball table, air hockey table, game table, TV, VCR, DVD player, iPod docking station, and lots of board games. The upper level has 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom. 4 TVs total, Comcast Cable, VCR and 2 DVD players. An open lakeside deck is located off the main level, with a covered patio below. A walkway leads to the new 1500 sq ft dock (PHOTOS COMING SOON!). Outdoor dining tables and chairs can be found on the deck as well as the upper and lower levels of the dock to enjoy lots of outdoor meals cooked on the gas or charcoal grill. The house also has a washer and dryer, central A/C and an additional refrigerator on the lower level. The garage is available for use during your stay. Bed Sizes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Twins Items to bring: LINENS (towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillow cases) trash bags, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels), charcoal, detergent (dish & laundry) flashlight. | CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 60 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental deposit (less any pre-paid Travel Insurance fees) will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued.
