Trees on both sides of the home offer a lot of privacy.	Pull your boat right into the covered boat dock and store it in the hoist when not in use.

A large driveway is easy to get in and out off.	A nice gently sloping lot is great for the kids and the pets!

Open up the tiki bar on the dock and serve your family and friends.	There's easy accessibility to the dock from the house with this walkway.

Two ovens, a center island with a stovetop and plenty of counter space make this kitchen a chef's dream come true.	A microwave and extra counter space are found in the laundry room, just off the kitchen.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
