For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of two years is considered an occupant. Charming cottage with finished basement. Main level has a kitchen, family room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Lower level has another family room with full size futon, bedroom, and bathroom. Central A/C, washer/dryer, 2 TVs w/Dish Network satellite service, VCR and DVD player (no dishwasher). Sits on an open, flat lot with breathtaking, panoramic, mountain views. Lakeside deck is furnished with gas grill and wooden rocking chairs to relax in and take in the view. Screened porch with picnic table. Two open docks (1 with floater) for boat tie-up and swimming. Bed Sizes: Queen, Full, 2 Twin, Full Size Futon Items to bring: LINENS (towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillow cases) trash bags, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels), detergent (dish & laundry) flashlight. Items NOT to bring: PETS, worries & stress. | CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 60 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental deposit (less any pre-paid Travel Insurance fees) will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued.
