Two docks are available to use, both open, one with a floating dock.

Wooden rocking chairs line the lakeside deck, perfect for taking in the beauty of the lake and mountain.

The screened porch is great for outdoor meals. A gas grill is available during your stay.

A wall of windows in the living room allows for the beautiful views to be seen from inside the house too.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, cookware, etc.	A bedroom on the main level of the home has one full bed.

The other bedroom on the main level has two twin beds.	The third bedroom is located on the lower level and has another full bed.

A bright family room is also located on the lower level of the home with a futon and an additional TV.

Also on the lower level of the home is a game room and another full bathroom.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
