For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of two years is considered an occupant. Garage available for tenant use. The dock has a covered slip with a hoist, a floating dock, electricity and lights.. Located off Rt. 734 (Trading Post Road) in Saunder's Point near marker C-2. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed. The room also has a built-in vanity with a sink.

A bedroom on the upper level of the home has a queen bed.

The third bedroom is also on the upper level. It has a set of bunk beds and a twin pull-out chair.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
