A fireplace on each level of the home for use during blue and green rate periods. A gently sloping lot leads to the dock, which has a floater, hoist (for use during the red rate period only), electricity, lights, furniture and porch swing. A boat shaped sandbox is great for the kids. Fire pit by the water. Canoe available. Two of the bedrooms on the main level are each furnished with queen sized beds.

The other bedroom on the main level is furnished with a set of twin beds.	The lower level of the home has a wet bar, a television and a queen sleeper sofa.

The fooz ball table, dart board and library with books and games will provide hours of entertainment. A fireplace is also on the lower level of the home, available for use during the green and blue periods only.

This home sits on a gentle wooded lot with a nice yard for kids to play. The lakeside deck and the swing at the dock are the perfect areas to sit and relax.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
