The third bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed and leads out to another patio through sliding glass doors.

A sitting room on the main level has a television and a double sleeper sofa.	A family room on the lower level has another TV. Two queen sized sleeper sofas are on the lower level also.

An additional room on the lower level has another TV and a table for board games.	A sitting room on the lower level has lots of windows looking out to the lake and the mountain.

A newly refinished bathroom is found on the lower level of the home.	A carport on the side of the house is available to use during your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee.
