There are multiple rooms for gathering, a living room, family room and 2 sun rooms on the main level AND a family room upstairs where the 2 extra bedrooms are located. There is also a small baby's room upstairs separate from the 2 large bedrooms. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, full size refrigerator, range and dishwasher. Also includes washer and dryer, central A/C throughout, gas grill, 3 color TV's, VCR, DVD player and cable TV with HBO on all TV's and wireless internet. Fireplace for use during the blue and green rate periods. A paddle boat and canoe are available for your pleasure. The covered boat dock has a hoist, electricity, lights, and a refrigerator all available for tenants' use. Not only are there beautiful mountain views, but also gorgeous sunset views in the evening.

Keep your boat under cover in one of the hoists at this huge dock. From the dock, you can see Smith Mountain Dam....the lake's biggest attraction. A canoe and paddleboat are available for your enjoyment.

A huge, 2 level, lakeside deck was recently added onto the house.	Sit back and relax in the hot tub while taking in your surroundings.

The large deck provides plenty of outdoor seating either in the shade or sun. Warm up on cold nights sitting at the fire pit table.

A large dining table comfortably seats up to six people. Enjoy the lake views through the wall of windows on the other side.	This open kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and is great for cooking meals together with the whole family.

This beautiful sunroom lets you experience the outdoors while being indoors. Enjoy the views of the lake and mountain during the day or gaze up at the stars at night. A gas fireplace is available for those cool fall and winter stays.

Windows cover the lake side of the house on the main level allowing for views from every room.

There's many areas for your family and friends to gather. A living room, family room and two sunrooms are all located on the main level.

The spacious master bedroom with a king bed leads out to one of the sunrooms with a table for two. The perfect place to enjoy your Starbuck's coffee.

This master bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a steam shower. It leads into a huge walk-in closet.

A second bedroom on the upper level has another king bed and views out to the lake.	In the third bedroom on the upper level, you can find a queen bed.

Another family room is located on the upper level with, of course, beautiful mountain views.

A two car garage is available to use during your stay. Keep extra vehicles or a trailer inside and out of the way.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
