The living room with cathedral ceilings leads out to the wrap-around deck.	The master bedroom on the upper level overlooks the living room below.

The main level of the home gets a lot of natural light through the windows and doors and skylights up above.	The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining and living areas. Another door leads out to the wrap around deck.

The master suite on the upper level has its own bathroom and a whirlpool tub in the bedroom. It leads out a private balcony.

The lower level bedroom has two twin beds.	This main level bedroom has another queen size bed.

A family room on the lower level has a pull out sleep sofa and doors that lead out to the rear of the home.	Enjoy the views out to the lake from the deck.

A sandy beach is located in the community not far from the boat slips where you can also find a dock with swim ladders.

The Mariner's Landing community is a great place to be able to walk around the neighborhood. A new lake front restaurant is within walking distance from the townhome.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
