For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of two years is considered an occupant. Enjoy this beautiful home located in the Lakefield Community. The main level offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and sunroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops and a sit down breakfast bar. A game room is located on the lower level and includes a new pool table and a kitchenette. The 4th bedroom and another bathroom are also located downstairs.
A walkway leads to the dock where you'll find outdoor furniture, a covered boat slip (hoist not available), a floater for jet ski tie up, electricity and lights.

CANCELLATION
POLICY: If
a reservation is cancelled with at least 60 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid
deposit will be fully refundable. If a
reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date and we are
unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee. |
