An open kitchen comes fully equipped including a dishwasher.	A dining table comfortable seats up to six.

The living room has plenty of seating. Curl up on the sofa and watch a movie on Direct TV.	Two sets of sliding glass doors open up to the deck and allow views of the lake.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and also has a TV with satellite.

Another bedroom also has a queen bed.	The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds.

A lake side deck wraps around both sides of the home. Enjoy meals outdoors cooked on the charcoal grill.	A community sandy beach is great for swimming. A platform dock is also available to swim off of.

The boat slips are easy to get to by water, located just across the cove from Mitchell's Marina where you can launch your boat.	For those who don't want to swim in the lake, a pool is available during the summer months.

In Valley Mills Crossing, you can find many community amenities, including this covered picnic table.

A covered boat slip is available to keep your boat. Electricity and lights are available at the dock also.	A pretty wide water view can be seen from the deck. A walk way leads to the boat slips and around the shoreline.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
