The home has 4 TVs (2 with cable), a VCR and DVD player, central A/C, and a washer and dryer. The lakeside deck is accessed through French doors and has plenty of outdoor seating and a large gas grill. The lower level has an open family room and small kitchen with a cooktop, mini refrigerator, and eat-in area. The fourth bedroom and another private room with a sleeper sofa are also on the lower level which leads out to the covered patio and walkway to the dock. Keep your boat in the hoist during your stay. The stationary dock and floating dock both have ladders for swimming. Enjoy views of the mountain from the dock.

The lakeside deck is furnished with plenty of seating to enjoy meals cooked on the gas grill. Keep your beverages cool in the large cooler.	A covered patio below the deck also has lots of seating to sit back and enjoy the views.

This open living room has a wall of windows that look out to the lake and create a bright and airy atmosphere in the house.

The bright kitchen has a breakfast bar and an eat-in area. A separate dining room is on the other side of the kitchen.

The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has pretty lake views out the large windows.

The master bathroom is also very spacious. Sit back and relax in the Jacuzzi tub.	Another bedroom on the main level has a queen bed.

The third bedroom also has a queen bed and lake views.	The fourth is on the lower level and has another king bed and lake views.

Another private room on the lower level has a sleeper sofa and access to the lakeside patio.	Gather with the family and watch a movie on the big screen TV in the family room.

In a small kitchen on the lower level, there is a mini refrigerator, cook top, sink and eati-in area.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
