There is a gentle slope to the lake, with few steps. All rooms have large windows and glass doors overlooking the lake. The home is located near Smith Mountain Lake's own winery, Hickory Hills Vineyards. The main floor includes an expansive great room with hardwood floors and plush carpet. The large master suite includes his and hers grooming areas and a Jacuzzi tub with skylight and window overlooking the lake. A gourmet kitchen has double ovens, cherry raised panel cabinets, a triple sink, and glass cook top. The breakfast bar separates the kitchen and the dining room which is surrounded by windows. A laundry room is also on the main level with a full size washer and dryer. A lakeside deck on the main level has outdoor dining furniture and a gas grill for outdoor meals. The lower level includes a large family room with wicker furniture and wet bar. 2 bedrooms, another sleeping area and a full bath are also on the lower level with access to the covered patio. The dock area features deep water and 209 feet of shoreline for privacy, electric lift in covered boat slip, stationary dock, floating dock, electricity and lights. Tiki bar and storage area. A community pool, boat launch and tennis courts are available to use during your stay. 2 TVs w/ cable VCR, and DVD player. Central A/C throughout. The deck on the main level has plenty of outdoor seating. Cook your meals outdoors using the gas grill.	This large dock is great for hanging out. Keep your boat in the covered boat hoist during your stay. Electricity, lights and a floating dock with a swim ladder are also found at the dock.

Lakeside windows throughout the home allow for lake views from any room.	Sit back and enjoy the view from this sitting area near the water's edge.

A gently wooded lot gives a lot of privacy while still allowing for views of the lake from the house.	A tiki bar is located just before you get to the dock. The storage shed behind the bar has a small refrigerator to keep your beverages cool.

This large kitchen has beautiful cherry cabinets throughout. On the other side of the breakfast bar is the dining area with large windows looking out to the lake.

The large great room on the main level has lots of gathering space and large windows that look out to the lake. A TV with cable, a VCR, and a DVD player are in the living room also.

In the family room on the lower level is another TV, a game table, board games, an air hockey table and books. Large windows again allow for views to the lake. Sliding glass doors lead out to the covered patio.

This large master bedroom is located off the great room on the main level.	A wonderful master bathroom has a whirlpool tub with a bathroom window and skylight.

Three additional bedrooms can be found on the lower level, one with a queen bed, one with twin beds, and one with a full bed and bunk beds (not pictured).
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
