With lots of privacy and a quiet location, it's sure to leave you relaxed and rejuvenated. The home is located near a wildlife refuge in Cedar Key Estates on a deep water, no-wake cove. The house sits at the top of a 3-acre wooded lot that gently descends to over 275 feet of shoreline. Brand new furniture and kitchen supplies enhance this bright and airy home that has an updated kitchen and bathrooms, central A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher, second refrigerator and gas grill. Enjoy high speed internet access and the satellite-enabled, flat panel TV equipped with a VCR/DVD player. The boat dock includes a floater, electricity, and lights available for use during your stay. Adjacent to the dock at water’s edge, you’ll find a covered deck to enjoy morning coffee while taking in spectacular and unobstructed views of the mountain and the quiet water cove. A large, open clearing leads from the house to the shore. A floater is available at the dock to tie up a boat. Lights and electricity are also available.

This open home is bright and airy. The large living room has lots of room for gathering.

This user friendly kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. It has a full size fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and double wall ovens.	A dining area is located off the kitchen and leads out to the front porch.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed. The master bath has a large garden tub, double sinks and a stand-up shower.

The second bedroom on the main level of the home has a queen bed.

Two other bedrooms have two twin beds each, one on the main level, one on the lower level of the home.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
