The second level of the home has 2 bedrooms, each with there own private bathroom, and a private deck perfect for soaking up the sun. The home has 3 TVs with cable (1 with digital video recording), DVD player, internet access. Central A/C, and a washer and dryer. Enjoy dining and relaxing on the lakeside deck, which has a large gas grill and a patio set. The boat dock has a covered boat slip with a hoist, swim ladder, electricity and a party deck. Bed Sizes: 3 Kings (Two king beds have 2 extra long twin mattresses), and 1 Twin w/ trundle (opens into a king size bed) Items to bring: LINENS (towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillow cases) trash bags, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels), detergent (dish & laundry) flashlight. Items NOT to bring: PETS, worries & stress. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
