Maximum Occupancy: 6 All homes are strictly limited to the number of occupants indicated. Occupancy limitations are determined by Bedford County and are based on the size of the homes septic system. For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of two years is considered an occupant.
This charming, 2 level home provides the luxury of a gentle walk to a quiet cove. The mature trees provide shaded areas throughout the property. Enjoy the large lakefront deck that comes off of the main level and offers outdoor furniture and a gas grill. On the main level, you'll find the eat-in kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (1 w/ TV and cable/satellite service) and 2 bathrooms. The family room offers a TV w/cable/satellite service and a DVD player. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, another bathroom, a kitchenette with chest freezer, family room with big screen TV and laundry room. You can also walk directly out of the lower level to a patio that provides easy access to and from the water. At the dock, you'll have use of the boat house to store your personal items, as well as a floater for boat tie-up, electricity, lights and outdoor furniture. The property offers a convenient circular driveway, driving and/or parking in the yard is strictly prohibited.

| CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 60 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental deposit (less any pre-paid Travel Insurance fees) will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued.
