Another bedroom located on the lower level has a queen bed and views through the sliding glass doors that access the covered patio.

The other bedroom on the lower level has two twin beds.	Both bedrooms on the lower level access the full bath with a large soaking tub.

A family room on the lower level has an air hockey table, game table, and another TV w/ a DVD/VCR combo.

Steps from the dock allow easy access into the water for those who prefer not to jump off the dock.	Enjoy wide water views from many areas of the property.

A large yard is located to the side of the house. Enjoy a game of horseshoes at the horseshoe pit.	Attractive wildflowers line the walkway down to the dock.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee.
