Occupancy limitations are determined by Bedford County and are based on the size of the homes septic system. For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of two years is considered an occupant. This exquisite, newly constructed home boasts a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3 level floor plan with slate, ceramic and wood flooring. You'll find beautifully decorated rooms as well as wrought iron railing throughout the home. The main level is wheel chair accessible with shower and has bedroom/library with two twin beds. Also on the main level, a fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, a spacious dining area and breakfast nook. The great room has a beautiful stack stone fireplace (not available for tenant use) along with an additional sitting room and laundry. You'll find a sun room and master bedroom with king bed, jacuzzi tub and spacious tile shower that both lead out to a covered lakeside deck with outdoor seating on the main level as well. The lake level offers a recreation room with foosball table and ping pong table, and the family room bar area includes a pool table and card playing table, with an additional lakeview bedroom with king bed. The bar area offers a sink, cooler and ice maker. On the upper level, there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a queen bed and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds) and a sitting area where you’ll find breathtaking water & mountain views from right inside the house. You'll find TV's with DirecTV satellite service in the great room (VCR), rec room (DVD player) and master bedroom (DVD player). There is also a covered boat dock with slips for a boat & jet ski (hoists not available), plus a floater for boat tie-up, electricity, lights, canoe (equipped with 2 life jackets & 2 paddles) & external granite bar top w/seating. There is a gas grill, campfire ring, outdoor patio furniture & an outside shower available for use during your stay. The Lakefield Community offers the convenience of a private boat ramp and trailer storage (access code required). This home is located in the Lakefield Community, near marker W-1. Close to Gillum's Getaway.Bed Sizes: 2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Sets of Bunk Beds and 2 Twin Items to bring: LINENS (towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillow cases) trash bags, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels), detergent (dish & laundry) flashlight. | CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 60 days prior notice, all but $200 of the pre-paid rental deposit (less any pre-paid Travel Insurance fees) will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued.
