You'll find TV's with satellite in the great room (VCR), rec room(DVD player) and master bedroom (DVD player). There is also a newly constructed covered boat dock with slips for a boat & jet ski (hoists not available), plus an additional floater with tie-up, electricity, lights & granite bar top w/seating. There is a gas grill, campfire ring, outdoor patio furniture & an outside shower available for use during your stay. The Lakefield Community offers the convenience of a private boat ramp and trailer storage. This home is located in the Lakefield Community, near marker W-1.Close to Lakefield, Gillum's Getaway and Menna House. CANCELLATION
POLICY: If
a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid
deposit will be fully refundable. If a
reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are
unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee. |
