For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of two years is considered an occupant. This 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home in Dixie Acres offers 3 levels of living space and a gentle walk to a wonderful dock. The main level of the home has a living room with a 50" flat panel TV equipped w/ HDTV, DIRECTV service including the NFL Sunday Ticket package, and a DVD player. The living room also has a gas fireplace available during the fall and winter months. Two dining areas will each seat 8 comfortably. The large kitchen with a center island is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. A master suite is also found on the main level, which includes a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. A screened porch and covered deck provide a wonderful place to take in the wide water view, or enjoy meals cooked on the gas grill. The lower level of the home has a comfortable family room w/ second TV and DVD player, gas fireplace, and a 2nd kitchen with a full refrigerator, microwave, and cook-top stove. A bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, great for kids, leads to the covered patio. A foosball table can also be found on the lower level. On the upper level of the home you will find another master suite plus an additional bedroom and bathroom. A large dock offers lots of room to enjoy the outdoors. If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued.
