The lower level of the home has a comfortable family room w/ second TV, fireplace, and another kitchen with a full refrigerator, microwave, and cook-top stove. A bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, great for kids, leads out to the covered patio. A foosball table can also be found on the lower level. On the upper level of the home you will find another master suite plus an additional bedroom and bathroom. A large dock offers lots of room to enjoy the outdoors. With deep, clear water, it's great for boating, swimming and fishing. A floating dock, electricity and lights are all available for your use. A large paved driveway at the house has plenty of room for parking vehicles and/or boat trailers.	A dining area near the living room has seating for eight.

The living room on the main level has a 50" HDTV with DIRECTV and the NFL Sunday Ticket package. A fireplace is available to use during the fall and winter months.

The large kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining. Another large dining table in the kitchen area overlooks the lake.

A screened porch off the main level of the home is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or meals cooked on the grill. A covered deck is located on the other side of the screened porch, off the master bedroom.

A master bedroom suite is found on the main level of the home, furnished with a king bed. Relax in the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath.

On the lower level of the home is a family room with a 37" HDTV and another fireplace. French doors lead to a covered patio outside.

Also on the lower level is another kitchen equipped with a full size refrigerator, cook-top stove and microwave.	Enjoy a friendly game of foosball.

The lower level bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, great for kids.

Another master suite can be found on the upper level of the home, with a king bed.	The other upper level bedroom has one queen bed and a set of bunk beds.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
