You'll find patio furniture on the upper deck as well as on the party deck. 2 TVs, cable, VCR, DVD player, central A/C, dishwasher, washer and dryer, gas grill. Located close to Smith Mountain Lake's own winery, Hickory Hills Vineyards. *Bed Sizes:* 2 Queens, Pyramid Bunk Beds. The dock has a large party deck, great for soaking up the sun. A covered boat slip, floating dock, electricity, and lights are all available to use during your stay.

The home is conveniently located in a cove near buoy marker R-27.	The dock is located in a private cove that provides great swimming and fishing.

An open great room includes the living and dining areas. It has cathedral ceilings and leads out to the lakeside deck.

Spacious Kitchen opens into Living and Dining room.

The master bedroom is located on the main level of the home and is furnished with a queen size bed.	The other bedroom on the main level has a set of bunk beds.

The third bedroom is located on the upper level of the home and has a queen bed.	Also on the upper level is a sitting room with a desk that overlooks the great room below.

A rec room on the lower level of the home has a TV, foosball table, ping pong table, and a twin day bed with a trundle.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee.
