The dock has a large party deck, great for soaking up the sun. A covered boat slip, floating dock, electricity, and lights are all available to use during your stay.

The home is conveniently located in a cove near buoy marker R-27.	A lighted wooden walkway leads from the home to the dock.

An open great room includes the living and dining areas. It has cathedral ceilings and leads out to the lakeside deck.



The master bedroom is located on the main level of the home and is furnished with a king size bed.	The other bedroom on the main level has a set of bunk beds.

The third bedroom is located on the upper level of the home and has a queen bed.	Also on the upper level is a sitting room with a desk that overlooks the great room below.

A rec room on the lower level of the home has a TV, foosball table, ping pong table, game cube and a twin day bed with a trundle.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
