The home offers three levels of living space. On the main level is a great room with living and dining areas, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and one full bathroom. Fireplace available for use during the blue and green rates. The upper level has another bedroom and bathroom. On the lower level of the home is a rec room w/ TV, foosball table and ping pong table, along with another full bath. A lakeside deck wraps around the main level of the home, with a patio beneath. The dock has a covered slip w/ hoist, party deck, floater, electricity, lights and storage. You'll find patio furniture on the upper deck as well as on the party deck. 2 TVs, cable, VCR, DVD player, central A/C, dishwasher, washer and dryer, gas grill. Located close to Smith Mountain Lake's own winery, Hickory Hills Vineyards. Bed Sizes: 2 Queens, Pyramid Bunk Beds. Items to bring: LINENS (towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillow cases) trash bags, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels), detergent (dish & laundry) flashlight. Items NOT to bring: Worries & stress. CANCELLATION
POLICY: If
a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid
deposit will be fully refundable. If a
reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are
unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee. |
