Washer, dryer and a new refrigerator with an icemaker are in the utility room downstairs. Sunroom off the master bedroom on the main level. One bay garage available for tenant use. Dishwasher, central A/C, gas grill. A brand new dock was just completed. It has a 30' floater, storage, electricity, lights, deck furniture and porch swing. An open lakeside deck is off the living room; with seating for five, and a gas grill.	Relax in the hot tub located on the covered porch on the lower level.

A brand new dock was just completed, ready for you to enjoy. Tie your boat up to the floating dock during your stay. A paddleboat is also available for your enjoyment.

A lighted walkway leads to the dock through this private wooded lot.	A quiet cove makes this area a great place for swimming or using the paddleboat. Enjoy the views of the mountain from the dock.

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, with new professional quality stainless cookware, a cappuccino machine, a fondue pot and an electric ice cream maker.

Sliding glass doors and windows allow for an open view outside.	This large stone fireplace is available during the green and blue rate periods.

The master bedroom on the main level has a Queen bed, and a private full bath. Enjoy your morning coffee in the wicker-furnished sunroom, right outside your own door.

One bedroom on the lower level has a queen and twin beds.

The third bedroom, also on the lower level, has two twin beds, one with a trundle.	The family room on the lower level has a queen sleep sofa. Sliding glass doors lead out to the covered patio and hot tub. A TV with a VCR and DVD player is also downstairs in the family room.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
