A landscaped walkway leads you from the house to the dock.	A circular driveway is easy to get in and out of and also has plenty of room to park your boat trailer.

Located across from the SML State Park, the view is that of wide-water and natural beauty.	Relax and enjoy the view from the hot tub located on the covered patio.

The level lot creates an easy walk to the shoreline and is great for children to play.	Enjoy your meals outdoors on the back deck. A gas grill is available for cooking.

The dining room holds a table for six.	Cable television, a VCR, and a DVD player can be found in the living room.

Another dining area can be found off the kitchen and has a pretty view of the lake.	A large open kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs.

The master bedroom on the main level has a queen bed and a private bath.

Another bedroom on the main level is furnished with a full size bed.	A third sleeping area with 2 twin beds and a third bathroom are on the lower level of the home.

A newly renovated lower level family room has a big screen flat panel TV and leads out to the patio and walkway to the dock.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
