A newly built large dock has plenty of room for hanging out. A swim ladder and a private cove make it an ideal place for swimming.	Keep your boat at the dock during your stay. Electricity and lights also available at the dock.

It's just a short walk on a gentle sloping lot from the house to the dock.	Enjoy this beautiful view of the mountain and the lake.

Enjoy meals comfortably outdoors. in this wonderful screened in porch, which can be accessed from the covered deck or the living room. Ceiling fans keep you cool during hot days and nights.

The beautiful interior features a great room with a kitchen, dining area and living area on the main level. Stairs lead up to the open loft on the upper level.

A large brick fireplace (for use during the green and blue rate periods) can be found in the living room.

The loft houses the one of the bedrooms with two twin beds.	Another bedroom on the main level has a queen bed. Glass doors lead out to the lakeside deck.

An extra set of bunk beds are located on the lower level, off the family room.	The third bedroom is also located on the lower level and has a queen bed and access to the lakeside patio.

There's plenty of activities for children and adults in the family room, whether it be video games, air hockey, or a game of chess.

There's also games to be played outside. An original bumper pool table can be found on the covered patio.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
