It's just a short walk to the dock, which has an open boat slip, a floater, and nice deep water- great for swimming and fishing!	A parking pad is provided for your use. Extensive landscaping adds to beauty of this home.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
