Unwind in one of the six rocking chairs and enjoy the amazing views from the lakeside deck or enjoy a book on the lower level patio. Stationary and floating dock are only steps away and an open boat space is available for your use. A canoe is provided for your enjoyment. Porch swing on lower level patio. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, A/C, gas grill, parking pad. Fireplace is not for tenant use. It's just a short walk to the dock, which has an open boat slip, a floater, and nice deep water- great for swimming and fishing!	A parking pad is provided for your use. Extensive landscaping adds to beauty of this home.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee.
