Maximum Occupancy: 6 All homes are strictly limited to the number of occupants indicated. Occupancy limitations are determined by Bedford County and are based on the size of the homes septic system. Kitchen is well equipped and ready to handle all your cooking needs. The loft is furnished with a TV which has a built in VCR, love seat, chair and game table. Unwind in one of the six rocking chairs and enjoy the amazing views from the lakeside deck or enjoy a book on the lower level patio. Stationary and floating dock are only steps away and an open boat space is available for your use. A canoe is provided for your enjoyment. Porch swing on lower level patio. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, A/C, gas grill, parking pad. Fireplace is not for tenant use. | CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee. | |
