Kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, pots and pans, toaster, and coffee maker. A wide lighted walkway leads to the dock.	Located in a wide cove, it's a great place for swimming.

Lots of tall trees provide the yard with shade while the dock offers a wonderful place to soak up the sun.	A covered patio and storage room is located between the dock and the house. A table and chairs there provide another place to eat outdoors.

The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs.	A spacious dining room off the kitchen has plenty of room for everyone to sit.

A large living room is furnished with comfortable oversized sofas and chairs. A 7 foot air hockey table, foosball table, and an entertainment center will keep everyone entertained!

The master bedroom is connected to a private bathroom and leads out to the lakeside deck through sliding glass doors.	A second queen bed can be found in another bedroom on the main level.

The third bedroom is furnished with bunk beds with a twin mattress on top and a full mattress on the bottom.	Another room on the lower level has a twin loft bed and a full bed.

A family room downstairs has another TV with cable and a sleep sofa.	Enjoy a game of ping pong outside on the covered patio.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
