The lower level provides hours of entertainment with a pool table, ping pong table, 50" TV, entertainment center and a hot tub outside on the patio. An additional bedroom is also on the lower level with another bathroom. The home also has a VCR, DVD player, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Central A/C and a charcoal grill. 2 Fireplaces are available during the green and blue rates. A chain-link fenced area is located on the side of the house for pets. The garage is also available to use during your stay. It includes a handicap accessible ramp to get into the house. A new dock was built in 2006. A large newly built dock has a floating dock, swim ladder and shaded area.	Enjoy the peacefulness of Bass Cove, located in a "no wake" cove.

The open living/dining room has plenty of room for everyone to gather. The dining table seats six comfortably. A fireplace is available to use during the fall and winter.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining. Another table and chairs sits off the kitchen.

The lower level is a great place for hanging out at night with a pool table, ping pong table, 50" TV, and sitting area.

The master bedroom on the main level has a king bed and private bath equipped with handicap railings. French doors lead out to the lakeside deck.

Another bedroom on the upper level is furnished with a queen size bed.	The third bedroom is on the lower level with a twin bed.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
