Bed Sizes: 1 Queen, 1 Full, Bunk Bed Items to bring: LINENS (towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillow cases) trash bags, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels), detergent (dish & laundry) flashlight. Items NOT to bring: Pets, worries & stress. Items you’ll WISH you had brought: camera, water toys, sunblock, fishing gear, cooler, lawn chairs. **RENTALS ARE WEEKLY DURING PRIME SEASON WITH TWO NIGHT MINIMUM ALL OTHER TIMES, EXCEPT 3 NIGHT MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS. $70.00 CLEANING FEE, $50.00 ACCIDENTAL RENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE, 10% TAX ON RENT. $200 RENTAL DEPOSIT.

| CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 60 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental deposit (less any pre-paid Travel Insurance fees) will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued.
