The porch wraps around the side of the house to make the back deck easy access from the driveway.	The gentle slope to the dock makes the dock easily accessed by all ages!

The new expanded parking lot and basketball court are great new additions. Much more parking available for occupants as well as a space for everyone to enjoy a game of basketball!
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee.
