The large dock is where you will want to spend all of your time! Two covered slips, with hoists, are available for use during your stay.

The floating dock with nice, deep water is great for swimming.	Wide open spaces!

The fully equipped kitchen will meet all of your cooking needs. A fold down bar provides additional counter space or a serving area for family meals.

The dining table, with seating for 6, is conveniently located right off the kitchen and adjacent to the living room.	Cozy living room on the main level with stunning water views. Large, glass doors flood the room with natural light and provide easy access to the lakeside deck.

One bedroom on the main level is furnished with a queen size bed. Another bedroom has two twin beds. The master bedroom, also on the main level, is furnished with a king size bed.

Lower level family room with pool table and foos ball table. Another bedroom, with a king size bed, and a full bathroom are also on this level. Glass doors lead to the waterproofed patio and the dock is just steps away.

The large lakeside deck wraps around the house and is the perfect spot to enjoy family meals or catch a spectacular sunset.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
