The 2nd level has the master suite with heirloom furnishings, a queen bed and a full bathroom. Level 3 has 2 additional bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the other with 2 twins, and a full bathroom. Enjoy use of the covered boat slip w/hoist, dockside electricity & lights & an extra open boat slip. Pool, basketball and tennis courts are all located at the clubhouse, which is an easy walk (almost too short to drive) from the townhouse. The Waterways Community also offers its own on-site boat launch, which you pass along the way. Want to share the magic with friends and family? CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee.
