The living room has water views and a large, flat screen TV. The 2nd level has 1 bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. Level 3 has a full bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and the other a pyramid bunk bed and TV. The TV does not offer a cable connection, however, it is perfect if you have a game system, DVD or VCR that you'd like to bring. Enjoy use of the covered boat slip w/hoist (24' max.), electricity & lights. Garage not available for tenant use. Pool, basketball and tennis courts are all located at the clubhouse, which is an easy walk (almost too short to drive) from the townhouse. The Waterways Community also offers its own on-site boat launch, which you’ll pass along the way. Located in the same building as Abracadabra & At Last. Walking distance from Southern Seasons and Sunset Dream. Items to bring: LINENS (towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillow cases) trash bags, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels), dish detergent, high efficiency laundry detergent and a flashlight. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee.
