Maximum Occupancy: 4 All homes are strictly limited to the number of occupants indicated. Occupancy limitations are determined by Bedford County and are based on the size of the homes septic system. For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of two years is considered an occupant. Tucked in a large, deep water cove at Marker R-11. This newly constructed, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3 level, end unit townhome is waterfront with a level lawn and sits close to the lake. Three private waterfront balconies offer outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful lake views. 2 TVs, DVD player, high efficiency washer/dryer, patio furniture & charcoal grill. The 1st level offers a great room with a fully equipped kitchen, including a full size refrigerator w/ ice maker, breakfast bar/island and granite countertops. The living room has water views and a large, flat screen TV. The 2nd level has 1 bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. Level 3 has a full bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and the other a pyramid bunk bed and TV. The TV does not offer a cable connection, however, it is perfect if you have a game system, DVD or VCR that you'd like to bring.
Enjoy use of the covered boat slip w/hoist (24' max.), electricity & lights. Garage not available for tenant use.

tennis courts are all located at the clubhouse, which is an easy walk (almost too short to drive) from the townhouse.
