The home has a ping pong table and hot tub on the lakeside patio. High speed internet (via air-card with additional fee and deposit), TV w/ cable, DVD player, washer/dryer, dishwasher, central A/C, gas grill. The dock has a covered slip with a hoist (24' boat max.), a floating dock, electricity and lights. Located off Rt. 734 (Trading Post Road) in Saunder's Point near marker C-2. The home features a large kitchen fully equipped for your cooking and dining needs. Sliding glass doors lead out to the lakeside deck.

A dining table in the kitchen comfortable seats up to six people.	A sunroom off the living room is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.

The living room has cathedral ceilings with a wall of windows to fully enjoy the view. In addition to the windows, sky lights also allow for lots of natural light.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed. The room also has a built-in vanity with a sink.

A bedroom on the upper level of the home has a queen bed.

The third bedroom is also on the upper level. It has a set of bunk beds and a twin pull-out chair.

There is an additional bathroom located on the lower level.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee.
