A covered deck is located on the lakeside of the house with a patio below. The walkway leads down to a new dock with a floater to tie up a boat, a jet ski lift, electricity and lights. Great for swimming and fishing on a quite cove. A storage shed is located off the walkway. On the upper level of the home are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The lower level has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and another bathroom. The house has 1 TV with Dish Network, a VCR and a DVD player. It also has central A/C, dishwasher, washer/dryer and gas grill. *Bed Sizes:* 2 Queens, 2 Twins, Futon Items to bring: LINENS (towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillow cases) trash bags, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels), detergent (dish & laundry) flashlight. Views of the lake can be seen from the home and the deck. A huge open yard is great for kids or pets to run around.

A hammock and a dining table with chairs can be found on the covered deck off the upper level of the home. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the view or catch a nap in the shade.

On the covered patio there is a gas grill and a picnic table to enjoy some outdoor meals.	A walkway leads from the yard down to the dock.

The living/dining areas are located on the lower level of the home. The futon provides an extra sleeping area if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and eating. A breakfast table provides additional seating.

A family room is found on the upper level of the home. Sliding glass doors lead to the deck outside.	All three bedrooms are located on the upper level. This bedroom is furnished with a queen.

Another bedroom also has a queen bed.

The third bedroom has two twin beds.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding a $100 cancellation fee.
