Maximum Occupancy: 4 All homes are strictly limited to the number of occupants indicated. Occupancy limitations are determined by Bedford County and are based on the size of the homes septic system. For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of two years is considered an occupant. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage was completely remodeled in 2006 and includes a beautiful kitchen w/ stainless appliances and granite countertops. Spacious acre lot in Saunders Point w/ 100’ of shoreline. Large open sundeck w/ gas grill. 2 window unit A/Cs, several ceiling fans, 40" flat screen TV w/Comcast Cable and DVD player. Laundry located on the lower level accessible from the outside. Recently renovated dock (no hoist) w/ floater, electricity & lights. Great cove location near marker C-2. Wooden walkway and steps down to the dock. Bed Sizes: 1 Queen, 1 Full, Bunk Bed Items to bring: LINENS (towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillow cases) trash bags, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels), detergent (dish & laundry) flashlight. Items NOT to bring: Worries & stress. Items you’ll WISH you had brought: camera, DVDs, video tapes, water toys, sunblock, fishing gear, cooler, lawn chairs.

| CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 60 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental deposit (less any pre-paid Travel Insurance fees) will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued.
