Maximum Occupancy: 4 All homes are strictly limited to the number of occupants indicated. Occupancy limitations are determined by Bedford County and are based on the size of the homes septic system. For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of two years is considered an occupant. Tucked in a huge, deep water cove (Approx. ¼ mile W X 1 ¾ miles across-Nothing but water!), at Marker R-11. This charming, three story, 2 bedroom, 3 ½ bath townhouse sits close to the water and offers great views and beautiful sunsets. All three levels offer lakeside decks and the main level deck has a gas grill. A fully equipped kitchen, living room, TV w/cable, DVD player, and half bath are all located on the main level. The upper level has 2 bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom. The lakeside bedroom offers a queen size bed and TV w/cable, plus a bathroom with jacuzzi tub while the roadside bedroom has 2 twin beds and an adjoining bathroom w/shower. The lower level has a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) and family room which offers a TV w/cable, full size sleep sofa and access to the water (the sandy beach area is just a few steps away!). Enjoy use of the community beach area, covered boat slip with hoist (both just steps away from the townhome), plus dockside electricity & lights.Pool, basketball and tennis courts are all located at the clubhouse, which is an easy walk (almost too short to drive) from the townhouse. The Waterways Community also offers its own on-site boat launch, which you pass along the way.Want to share the magic with friends and family? Blarney Stone is within walking distance of Abracadabra, A Great Escape, At Last, D-1, Sunset Dream and A Sweet Retreat. Pool, basketball and tennis courts are all located at the clubhouse, which is an easy walk (almost too short to drive) from the townhouse.
